Description: R12.2 Installation fails during Install web Tier.

RW-50004: Error code received when running external process.  Check log file for details.

Running APPL_TOP Install Driver for tstebs instance


In the install log under /u01/app/oraInventory/*install*log

Solution

This is due to the missing rpm of glibc
